Recoveco Restaurant
Restaurante Recoveco, located in the heart of Seville within Vincci Selección Unuk 5* GL, offers contemporary Andalusian cuisine that reinterprets the flavours of southern Spain with respect for seasonal produce, quality ingredients and a modern approach. Almadraba bluefin tuna holds a prominent place on a menu that combines local produce with carefully crafted dishes, accompanied by a selection of more than 100 wines, wines by the glass and Coravin service. The Bar at Vincci Unuk is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxed aperitif or a signature cocktail, all while taking in some of the best views of Seville.
